Talalay process natural latex mattress cores for hotel beds, supplied in standard double and king widths at 15 cm thickness.

The core is poured, vacuum expanded and flash frozen before curing, which distributes the foam evenly across the full width rather than letting particles settle. Available soft, medium or firm, specified at order stage.
