Natural latex hotel pillows made by Telalei (Zhejiang Talalay Latex Technic) using latex imported from Thailand and Malaysia.

Latex foam is produced by two methods. The Dunlop process mixes, foams, pours, heats, washes and dries. The Talalay process adds a vacuum stage and a freezing stage: a smaller amount of compound is poured into the mould, drawn out under vacuum to spread evenly, then flash frozen to lock the cell structure before curing. The result is a rounder, more consistent open cell than Dunlop gives, and a core that behaves the same at the edges as it does in the middle.

Every model below is available soft, medium or firm, with a mesh or cotton inner cover and a velour or air layer outer cover. Firmness is set during manufacture, so it needs to be specified at order stage.
